PaceNCount is a program that helps to pace and count physical workout moves. The count is displayed in bombastic font on a window that is maximized to the blind so that it is clearly visible from a distance.You privy set the pace timing interval, the maximum amount of paces and pacing start check time to enable you to drive into place.

To insure that the counter showing is uninterrupted, the program automatically detects whether the blind saver is active and if so, it temporarily switches it turned while the program is running and it also automatically disables the computer's might save / turned mode when this program is running.

The user is able to customize the timer showing by selecting a font type, mode and size. Additionally, the user is able to alter the text color and showing downplay color.

The user privy control the program using three crusade buttons: Start, Pause, and Stop.
Here are the steps to using this program.
Step 1. Set the preferences, particularly Start check, Pace interval and Count limitation. (Select menu Settings, Preferences or fight the F2 tonality.)
Step 2. Click the Start button
Optional Step 3. Click the Pause button to interruption the program. To resume the program, chink the Start button.
Optional Step 4. Click the Stop button to bar the program.
Step 5. At the end of the count limitation, the counter will automatically bar and caper an alert heavy. To start a unexampled repetition, chink the Start button.

These are the user preferences.
1. Enable or disable showing of program's startup blind.
2. Enable or disable program log.
3. Buttons place from left
4. Buttons place from lead
5. Counter showing place from lead
6. Start check (in milliseconds)
7. Pace interval (in milliseconds)
8. Count limitation (no. of paces)
9. Enable or disable pacing heavy.
10. Enable or disable alert when pace count limitation is reached.
11. Allows user to select a wav file as pacing or alert heavy or wont its intragroup heavy if no file is selected.
